Delicious. Straight up. An absolute steal for the price. Compact, racy, good intensity of flavour, a flourish of zesty citrus, crushed-rock minerality, tart green apple, faint pink grapefruit and a barely there but important riff of rice cracker savouriness in tow. Refreshing and very precise. Great.
