WINEMAKING:
Hand-picked, fruit is destemmed and mildly crushed, fermentation and maceration. Shiraz (B6) and Malbec (B5) were co-fermented, 23 days on skins. Shiraz (B7) spent 22 days on skins (all in concrete tank). Maturation time 13 months in French oak
700L barrels (20% new) before bottling.
