REVIEWS:
Arneis is a tricky grape to get right. I like a bit of tension in them, which many lack. Big Col has plenty of sizzle in his Arneis in 2022, so to speak. And speaking of sizzle, I just had a lovely Bratwurst sausage in soft white bread with a dash of chilli sauce. What a treat!

This is tight, and zippy, and almost Riesling-like in its intensity and acid profile, yet has classic raw almond flavour, along with citrus, green apple and pear, and a wee bit of struck match complexity. It sizzles, and has fine chalky texture, pink grapefruit, dried herb and a brisk and focused finish of excellent length. Bang on.
